3. Always see the bigger picture.
Whether it's a bad or a good incident, always set your mind into seeing the bigger picture. Don't focus your thoughts within the situation. Be aware that you can't see the whole picture below, you can see it only from the above. Clear?

4. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones.
It's true. Negative thoughts are one of the reasons why negative emotions burst out! These two poisoning factors bind together to give us the most depressing force of life. Don't let it happen.
Every time you're confronted with an emotion that is triggering you to feel and think bad, do your best to eliminate it in your mind. Replace it with a positive thought. Make it a habit!
